| Details: | Called Al Fahlman and left a voicemessage on 11/14/2023 at 8:18 am in regards to the survey letter follow-up. Called Steve Albin at 8:20 am and verified that he received a copy of the sanitary survey and letter. The operator mentioned that they will be adding the vent back on the well and providing us pictures once it has been completed. I discussed the PWS certification requirements and noted the options that they can provide OHA to obtain the certification required to run the public water system. |
