| Details: | SWTR violations-late reporting 11.14.2023- I contacted the operator via phone and spoke to Danica, a company sales rep. I informed Danica that the water system has submitted the SWTR forms for Jul, Aug and Sept past the reporting due date. I asked Danica to reach out to the operator and remind him that SWTR forms must be submitted within the first 10 days of the following monitoring period. Next steps: Danica will convey the information I provided to the operator. The Lodge is currently closed for the season and the next monitoring period starts May 1, 2024. |
