| Details: | I spoke with system contact Daniel Reaux due to TCR-1248 Total Coliform positive sample taken 11/13/2023. The water system was directed to take: 3 Repeat sample(s) within 24 hours of a TC+ Routine Sample to be reported 11/13/2023 - 11/23/2023 at DIST-A and 1 Triggered sample(s) to be taken and reported 11/13/2023 - 11/23/2023 at SRC-AA - WELL Daniel stated that the samples have been taken and delivered to the water lab for processing and reporting. The system was directed to return to monthly sampling. We discussed the level 1 investigation worksheet as a tool to better assess the well and distribution for potential causes of recent positives. I made clear that this is not a regulatory requirement. |
