| Details: | I contacted Cody Mitchell the on-site operator on 11/14/23 and discussed the continued E. Coli positive coliform samples for this system. The boil water notice has been provided with directions, we are currently scheduling a level 2 investigation, he has been informed that 4 log disinfection will be required for the system. The system is currently not in use as a safety precaution but I will verify if they continue to pressurize a part of the system as they have previously during winter to assure safety. | ||
