| Details: | Three repeat samples in the distribution system came back positive for total coliform and absent for e.coli. Sample at well head was absent for total and e.coli coliform. Firm will do a level 1 investigation within and follow-up with needed corrections within 30 days. In May three routine samples will need to be taken in the distribution system. | ||
