| Details: | Emailed the owner/operator, Jai-Young Hong regarding the 2 positive repeat total coliform samples. I asked that they submit a triggered source sample to the lab within 24 hours. I also asked that they contact me to schedule a Level 2 Investigation. I also left a voicemail with the same information. Awaiting results of source sample and scheduling of investigation. | ||
