| Details: | I contacted Mr. Grounds and discussed the recent total coliform positive samples as well as the assessment samples which were also positive. I informed him that the normal residual was consistently about 0.5ppm which was sufficient for residual disinfection, but the recent results showed a residual of 0.06ppm which would be ineffective. He stated that he was aware that the recent samples seemed very low and he is checking to assure proper concentrations this morning. He will be taking the 3 repeats and a triggered sample for both active wells as a follow-up (5 total). |
