| Details: | Called Delta Operations, DRC for the system, and talked with Mel regarding the LCR excursion. I notified Mel that the system is over 9 excursions for the 6 month period and sent the template for the public notice to be completed and posted by December. Delta will continue training and education for the on-site managers regarding proper pH testing and documentation. | ||
