| Details: | I left a message with the operator of this water system to notify them that the October routine was missed. The firm collected a routine sample November 2nd, that was reported November 14th. This sample counts for the November routine and will return the October violation to compliance. I commented that the nearly 2 week turn around time on test deliver was concerning as it could cause a late month sample to not be reported in time. I suggested that the system discuss the turnaround time with their lab. |
