Details:	NCPHD contacted Dirk for an update on the significant deficiencies and to update their contact details. However, Dirk informed that he is currently not in Oregon and the Forest Service has taken over. He also shared that the current company in charge of the well contract will end, and bids from other companies will start on November 29, 2023, for ownership in 2024. Dirk is unsure if they will renew the contract and advised NCPHD to speak with his boss, Kevin Turner. Kevin has the forest service number and additional information on the contract. NCPHD attempted to contact Kevin but was unable to reach him. The phone number provided was not in service. Dirk assured that he would contact Kevin and have him reach out to the NCPHD.
