| Details: | Received repeat positive e.Coli result in the distribution. Spoke to operator on the phone. Possible causes discussed included the tap used was an outdoor tap and well #1 water appears cloudy.Boil water advisory was issued and operator will distribute the notice via text, email and by hand. Requested a copy of the notice be emailed to me. Also told them that a level 2 investigation would be required and that disinfection will need to be installed. Installation of disinfection equipment will require plan review. Once cause identified and remediated and negative results are received advisory can be lifted. | ||
