| Details: | July 27, 2023 survey noted no certified operator and no written plans for O & M, ER or coliform sampling. Jonathon in office today 11/21 and showed me binder of written plans. We went over CSP, ERP and O & M. Copy of plan will be kept in pumphouse and emailed to owner Dan. Jonathon also recently submitted documents for SGWO and is now listed as DRC. | ||
