| Details: | I contacted Mr. Irwin and discussed the recent total coliform positive repeats at the well and distribution. We discussed a procedure for shock chlorination over the next week as a corrective action. He stated he would be reaching back out to me to discuss the process and discuss any follow-up special samples he may take after the shock. This is an OVS system. |
