Details:	Kevin was contacted by NCPHD regarding the significant deficiencies. Kevin informed NCPHD that he is currently out of state in California and that the Forest Service has taken over. We discussed the timeline for correcting the issues and the winter weather conditions that may affect the corrections. Kevin will contact the Forest Service to determine if they can take photos of the screens despite the weather. If the Forest Service is unable to take photos, Kevin will be on-site from late March to early April to make all necessary corrections. He will have a copy of the letter of recommendation and water survey for reference and will contact NCPHD if he has any questions. The deadline for completing the corrections is April 5, 2024.
