| Details: | Performed a level 2 field investigation today. There were several possibilies that could possibly have caused the system to have total coliform, it was most likely caused from the break in the line to the old building that was repaired without shockeding the system after the repair. On 11/26/23 D&A Pump and Supply shocked the system and flushed it well. The operator will take a special sample this week from distribution. If it is absent she will take a routine sample for December. | ||
