| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding recent coliform positive sample. Facility took repeats that came back clean but the source sample came back total coliform positive. Firm plans on shock treating well and taking their required 3 temporary routines during the month of December. Discussed proper sampling technique. | ||
