Details:	Phone contact with operator, system assessment sample is positive for bacteria and absent for e-coli. System will continue to sample monthly for assessment monitoring. No bacteria is present in distribution as of 11/28/23 System conducted special sample on well after recent assessment sample, sample noted coliform present in well. System will continue to conduct assessment sampling at well.
