| Details: | I contacted Mr. Singh to discuss the failure to collect routine coliform, quarterly nitrate, and a yearly source water coliform samples. Mr. Singh informed me that the store is now being operated under new ownership through a lease. He also informed me that he would pass on the information regarding the required testing for the transient non-community water system. I will complete an inventory change form to reflect the new ownership of the firm. | ||
