| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator about their recent issues with coliform positives. Operator is aware that a level 2 investigation is required now. Operator understands that they must take 3 repeats and a triggered well sample within 24 hours of the alert as well as 3 temporary routines during December. Methods for shock treatment and disinfection were discussed and guidance emailed to the operator. | ||
