| Details: | I contacted Ms. Carson this day regarding completion of the ERP and planning to raise the wellhead, which are deficiencies from the 2018 survey. The ERP is complete as of today. The facility is in the process of generating funding to raise the wellhead to protect from flooding. The due date for the wellhead will be extended 1 year from today contingent on satisfactory water quality reports. I will update the deficiency page to reflect changes. |
