Details:	This is just a quick follow up about our phone call this afternoon. I have attached the form that is used to make changes to Public Water Systems. I will need any information that will be different once Sam Musk takes over. I also wanted to point out that the last alert for Nitrate is within the normal range for your system in recent history, so we will not recommend changes to your sampling schedule.
