| Details: | Mr. Watkins informed me this day that the system reservoir had been breached. Person(s) had cut the lock on the storage hatch. Mr. Watkins inspected the reservoir and found no visible contamination. He personally issued public notice to water users, drained the tank at a downstream hydrant, disinfected the system, and took 2 coliform samples which were negative. He will supply me with the notice which I will submit to DWS. I also informed him to notify users and any nearby medical facility that persons with acute illness has a possibility of being related to drinking of water at this system. I informed Russ Kazmierczak and Brad Daniels of this issue. |
