| Details: | A water treatment plant site visit was performed to determine if the membrane controller programming meets LRV ambient reporting requirements and follow-up to cited significant deficiencies in the water system survey from 8-10-2022. The current monitoring and reporting form was provided and it was stated that the form is to be filled out in its entirety daily and submitted monthly. Some of the values will require calculation such as (the highest PDR of the day in psi/minutes) which are not displayed in any of the membrane controller screens. During the site visit, and additional information request was made and followed up with an email on 11-22-2023 requesting the following: • Two weeks of DIT results from cells 1 & 2 (this should be a computer printout logged by the system). • The OHA-DWS plan review engineer also re-requested all of the information in the plan review conditional approval letter dated 12-8-2022. A discussion occurred regarding potential enforcement actions if the re-requested data is not received as originally requested back in August of 2022 as per the water system survey requirements. |
