| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Shawn Stevenson from OHA/Drinking Water Services contacted the circuit rider on 06/12/2023 requesting that a series of MPA tests be performed on the well source at Nesika Beach-Ophir WD. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider reviewed the most recent water system survey report and MPA requirement letter provided to the water system by OHA/Drinking Water Services. The circuit rider visited the site on the 11th of September to set up the dry weather MPA test equipment. The discharge rate for the Rogue River near Agness, OR at the time of the test was 2,060 CFS. The test ran from 1:40 PM on the 11th until 10:50 AM on the 12th. Readings on the test equipment water meter read 19,512 at the start of the test and 20,302 gallons at the end of the test for a total of 790 gallons of water passing through the filter element. The sample was placed in a cooler with blue ice and sent to LabCor in Seattle for testing. Please see the attached COC and test results.
