| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Shawn Stevenson from OHA/Drinking Water Services contacted the circuit rider on 03/21/2023 requesting that a dry season MPA test be performed on the well source at ODF/WL Elk River Hatchery. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider reviewed the most recent water system survey report and MPA requirement letter provided to the water system by OHA/Drinking Water Services. The circuit rider visited the site on the 29th of August to set up the MPA test equipment. The test ran from 2:36 PM on the 29th until 8:31 AM on the 30th. Readings on the test equipment water meter read 21,835 at the start of the test and 22,859 gallons at the end of the test for a total of 1,024 gallons of water passing through the filter element. The sample was placed in a cooler with blue ice and sent to LabCor in Seattle for testing. Please see the attached COC and test results.
