| Details: | Tom called to inquire why he received a violation card in the mail. I explained that the last coliform test reported was in 2005. He said that waterlab has been doing testing since then. I reminded him of the sampling schedule (quarterly TC and annual nitrate) and recommended he contact the lab and make sure they are reporting the samples with the PWS name and number. I also sent in an inventory update to correct the contacts mailing address. | ||
