| Details: | EH Completed the semi-annual RV Park inspection per the Travel Accommodations rule. The system has a new well onsite, and reportedly in use, which has not undergone plan review by OHA DWS. This is a violation of OAR 333-031-004(2)--"Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of Recreation Parks." The violation was cited on the inspection report. The violation and report were discussed with and signed by park manager Susan Hart. | ||
