| Details: | I spoke with Hardeep about the uncorrected deficiencies from the 04/30/2015 water system survey at Blackmans 4-Way Grocery, which were due for correction as of 09/17/2015. He stated that he had not created an operations and maintenance manual because he did not know how. I am emailing him information about OM manuals and a worksheet to assist in creating one. He also mentioned that the setback from hazards was for the underground fuel storage tank. He stated he believed that the well had been the same distance from the tanks for 50 years. I have reached out to my drinking water contact for more guidance on the setback situation. | ||
