| Details: | I spoke with the operator regarding the TC+ source sample. I sent the operator well disinfection instructions. The routine coliform sample is negative and disinfection is currently working. They will be shocking and flushing the well. The well is still on a monthly source assessment sampling schedule. I informed the operator to take free chlorine residuals more than twice a week to ensure that the chlorinator will continue to adequately disinfect. | ||
