Details:	Phone contact with operator regarding recent routine bacterial sample. System has already resampled for repeat sample for the water system and lane county will follow up as needed regarding follow ups. Repeat samples are present for bacteria in the distribution. the sources is absent for bacteria for the triggered sample. System will continue with monthly coliform samples and conduct a level 1 investigation regarding repeat distribution samples present for bacteria. system noted it may flush or shock system prior to next month routine samples.
