| Details: | Attempted two phone contacts with Sheryl Fox on follow up of letter dated 12/11/2023 for E-Coli and total coliform detection in routine samples collected December 8, 2023. Sample stated in system it was taken from a Hydrant to our knowledge there are not hydrants present at this remote RV camp managed by USFS. The following samples will need to be taken ASAP. WR: 1 Triggered sample(s) to be taken and reported 12/08/2023 - 12/19/2023 1 at SRC-AA - WELL ----- TCR: 3 Repeat sample(s) within 24 hours of a TC+ Routine Sample to be reported 12/09/2023 - 12/19/2023 at DIST-A Discussion with state partners on the fact this RV park is closed for the season, and nobody is present. Posting requirements for an RV park and Level 2 investigation will follow once contact with operator has been made. EH will continue to try and reach out to system for follow-up. |
