Details: DWS was notified that this system received a +TC (-EC) sample result at their routine sampling site 1703 Laurel. Repeat (original, downstream, and upstream) samples have been taken as well as triggered source samples at the below wells operating during the time of the detection:
SRC-HA Well 12 (Parr)
SRC-HB Well 13 (Settlemier)
SRC-FB Well 14 (Patrick)

DWS was notified on 12/13 that all repeat and triggered well sample results came back satisfactory. No further actions needed.

12/28/23 update: System received a violation for incorrectly labeling the required triggered source samples for the 3 wells as special. System retook the 3 triggered source samples with the correct label of triggered. System also updated their coliform sampling plan with the necessary labels for repeats and triggered source samples. Level 2 was completed and submitted on 12/28.
