| Details: | I contacted Mr. Kerr and outlined the two required follow-up samples for the recent positive total coliform (12/11/23). He stated he would not be able to take the samples in a timely manner as he was leaving on a trip for the next week. He stated he would take the repeat at the same site and a triggered/well sample when he returned and would contact me to discuss outcomes. He is aware that the late follow-up samples will be considered confirmation of the original positive result. |
