Details: Don sent photo verification of well construction corrections on 12/13/23: McDougal 1 with new bolt, Well #1 with replaced gasket, and Well #3 with new cap and screen. Don also confirmed the Operations and Maintenance manual. Don sent over copy of Cross Connection Specialist Certification on 12/15. All deficiencies have been corrected.
