| Details: | I emailed Tim on 12/1/23 to remind him to submit 3 repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample. Time reported the samples were submitted. On 12/7/23 one repeat distribution sample and the triggered source were positive. Tim was informed about the requirement for a Level 1 investigation. I provided it via email. We discussed shock chlorination. They will be using a vendor to assist. We discussed submitting a special sample at a site that tested positive to see if the chlorination was effective. They system has been on monthly sampling since 2019. They have met the criteria to return to quarterly sampling. Tim understands he will need to submit three temporary routine distribution samples by 12/31/23. |
