| Details: | Called and left a message for Kathryn Kusch regarding routine and repeat positive coliform samples in the distribution system. Informed her that she will be required to complete a Level 1 investigation and collect three temporary routine samples in January. She was also advised to perform corrective action such as shock chlorination. Followed up phone call with an email with coliform monitoring schedule, Level 1 form and an information link for shock chlorinating the system. | ||
