| Details: | Called to inform Keith Hill that one of his arsenic treatment sites exceeded the MCL for arsenic. Mr. Hill indicated that he was currently in the process of replacing in the media in the POE canister at Purvine Hall (exceedance location). Mr. Hill will send a copy of the public notice and what is being done to resolve the issue. System will start quarterly monitoring at the Purvine Hall entry point sample location. We also discussed the sanitary survey corrective action requirements. Mr. Hill explained that they are having trouble finding a contractor in area that will do the plumbing for removal of the bypass piping. He will send a request for extension. We also discussed the issue of the POU canister and filter replacement. He said that all the old Kinetico filter housings have been replaced with Adedge and Carbon Block Filters. He will send an email with the number that were replaced and a completion date. |
