Details:	E. COLI & COLIFORM DETECTED IN SOURCE SAMPLE OPERATOR WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE OPERATOR STATED THAT SPIGOT WAS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED PRIOR TO TAKING SAMPLE. OPERATOR WAS INSTRUCTED TO TAKE 5 SOURCE SAMPLES WITHIN 24 AND SUBMIT TO LAB. DISCUSSION WITH OPERATOR ABOUT DISTRIBUTION SAMPLES AND SOURCE SAMPLES ARE TESTED FOR BOTH COLIFORM AND FOR E. COLI. WAIT FOR RESULTS FROM NEW SOURCE SAMPLES.
