| Details: | Received alert for a total coliform positive result from a routine sample collected on 12/13/23. Emailed the follow-up sampling requirements of three repeat samples ASAP, and three temporary routine samples in January. No triggered source sample is required as a source sample was collected on the same day as the TC+ distribution sample. Also spoke with Quinn Mulvaney with Vale School District. He will check the chlorinator and coordinate with Malheur ESD to make sure the samples are collected. | ||
