| Details: | Received complaint while on phone duty about high chlorine in the drinking water. I called compliance person at Hiland Water and let them know. An employee was sent to the water system and found that the well was not working but the chlorine was continuing to pump. They tested the chlorine at 2.2 ppm at the entry point. The employee was able to fix the well and notified those affected to flush their water for about 20 minutes. | ||
