| Details: | Curtis contacted NCPHD to inform that he had received the results from the lab. He stated that the results for 1016 Biggs and 600 Armsworthy came back negative, while the result for 1017 Clark came back positive. Curtis mentioned that he would complete the Coliform Level 1 Investigation document by tomorrow. He also enquired if there was anything else that needed to be done. In response, I informed him that we would have to wait for the results to appear in the system before taking any further action. | ||
