| Details: | Emailed Henry with instructions for samples to complete following the total coliform positive sample received 12/19. This was supposed to be 1 of 3 temporary routine samples, but they missed sampling for the other 2 temporary routines. - 1 Triggered Source Sample from the well – Due by 12/29 - 3 Repeat Samples – Due by 12/29 - 2 Temporary Routine Samples by 12/31 IF all those are sampled by their due date AND IF they all (minuses the triggered source sample) come back clean then they will need to collect 3 Temporary Routine Samples in January. IF the samples are not collected, not collected/submitted on time, or if the 3 repeat or 2 routine come back positive for coliform then the system goes to monthly monitoring in January and a Level 2 is triggered. |
