Details: Left a voicemail to discuss the corrosion control status as well as the return to compliance for the source late/non-reporting.

EDIT: 1/2/2024 - Operator returned phone call. Water system needs 6 month with less than 9 lead/copper excursions to lift advisory and violations.

EDIT 2: "Hi Stephen,

I think I forgot to talk to you about this system. There are a pair of violations for not properly operating corrosion control and the violations unfortunately can’t be returned to compliance until July at the earliest.

I’d like to have the school enter into an agreement so the violations can be addressed by a compliance schedule until the official return to compliance is possible. The agreement would be nearly identical to what we’re using to address the same basic situation at Big Spruce MHP.

How does this sound to you and can you talk to the school about it?

My Response: "I attached an email thread about Dixie pH correction guidance. I would definitely like to get the water system into some agreement especially since it has been a priority non-complier for 4 months. I talked to Chuck Michaels about getting them back into compliance. There lead excursions stopped occurring after the soda ash treatment was installed at the end of September.

I appreciate your help in this matter. I have included the operator in this email.
