| Details: | On 12/21/23 I received an alert for a total coliform positive routine sample taken on 12-20-23 at the "11300 WILSON RVR RR SINK" sample site. I called and spoke to Barry Bump (the on-site manager at 503-842-2750) about the positive sample result and let him know via text and e-mail that they will need to take 3 repeat samples (1 at the site of the original positive sample at the restroom and 2 within 5 RV spaces of the restroom as the restroom was next to the well). I also said that he will need to take 1 sample at the wellhead (marked “triggered source assessment” on the lab report), for a total of 4 samples to be taken as soon as possible. I also let him know that in the following month they will need to take 3 routine samples.
