Details:	Emailed water system contact about the coliform detection on the 12/15 routine sample. Let him know follow up samples have been triggered. A source sample at the well & three repeat samples in the distribution system is needed. Let the operator know that the sample had zero chlorine residual. Operator emailed back on 12-19 that follow up samples had been taken & the chlorine pump had failed.
