| Details: | 12/21:I spoke with the operator concerning the TC+ test result and they informed me that they had submitted 3 repeats and a triggered sample. 12/22: Operator called me stating that one of the repeat samples had been positive. We spoke about where the contamination could have occured and if there were any gaps in 4-log. I emailed the operator a boil water public notice to post within 24 hours. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday. |
