| Details: | On 12/27/23 I e-mailed Trent Weseman regarding the remaining outstanding deficiency related to operator certification from the 7/20/21 water system survey and reminded him that he needed to submit the request for CEU form and quiz for the Essentials of Surface Water Treatment class that he attended October 19th and 20th, 2023. he said he would get that done and reminded me that Dylan Reid had also taken the class on October 12th and 13th and submitted the application for CEUs. A look back at our records showed that Dylan had received his 0.6 CEU confirmation e-mail on October 13, 2023, therefore I entered a resolution date of 10-13-23 for that last outstanding deficiency. We also spoke briefly about the new well possibly needing to be sealed to 96-ft, which is pending a letter from Water Resources Department (WRD). I let him know that I had not heard anything new from WRD on the status of that letter and pointed out those few sections on the well log that may need further clarification regarding the depth at which the well screen was placed, the depth at which water was first found, and the notations regarding the presence of clay found at various depths, but only indicated using "hard", "medium", or "soft" on the well log without clarifying if it was clay that was hard medium or soft. | ||
