| Details: | While reviewing this system's recent violations, I noted that their attempt to return to compliance after missing their 3rd quarter routine by taking a 4th quarter routine sample appeared to have missed the mark. I note that they sampled on October 30th and labelled the TC/EC sample as a Make Up sample. I contacted the system by phone and was unable to get in touch with the owner or direct responsible charge. I described the situation with the most responsible part onsite and suggested they contact their lab to request a correction on the labelling of the sample and have the lab report the change to the OHA. CONT: EZ Orchards contacted me back with the information that the lab believes the did not submit the report as a Make Up but as a Routine. I am contacting the OHA:DW to attempt to correct the entry in their coliform results. |
