| Details: | I e-mailed Buck Miller on December 27, 2023 regarding the last remaining significant deficiency of not recording distribution system chlorine residuals twice a week identified during the 10-18-23 water system survey. Mr. Miller replied on December 29, 2023 with the October, November, and December spreadsheets that shows chlorine residual measurements twice a week beginning October 5, 2023. I entered October 5, 2023 as the deficiency resolution date, which leaves no outstanding deficiencies identified in the survey left to correct. | ||
