| Details: | Received call from Heath and Troy about errors reported on the November 2023 surface water reporting form. On the 1st, 3rd, and 4th, data was transferred to the form incorrectly. I suggested submitting an amended report to DMCE with the correct values and explain the situation. The initial values reported resulted in a failure to meet CT violation requiring public notice. The amended report will be evaluated to determine if compliance was met for the month. | ||
